General Description

This program has been created by the Dr. Dormagen-Guffanti-Foundation. The city of Cologne tenders this scholarship annually towards one great artist (m/f). This program addresses artists whose work is targeted towards people with disabilities or incorporates disabled people. The scholarship is granted for 6 months. Within this period the scholar has to be present at the Centre for Disabled People Dr. Dormagen Guffanti in Cologne. One artistic project has to be realized within this time frame. The scholarship pays a monthly installment of 770€ and a one-time installment of 1.100€. The program ends with a final presentation of the created work.

Requirements

The program addresses students of Linguistic and Cultural Science, Arts and Artistic Composition. The students work has to be connected to people with disabilities. Only applicants who have their permanent residency or workplace in Germany may be considered.
