About this award / prize
What you get
You receive a set of books, not money: Le Corbusier's eight-volume Oeuvre Complete, a classic series on the work of one of modern architecture's best-known figures, plus two of CEBRA's own publications (currently CEBRA files 04 and We Build Drawings). The prize comes from CEBRA, an architecture studio in Aarhus, Denmark. It honours one graduation project each semester that pushes the boundaries of what architecture can be. There is no cash component.
Who can apply
- Where you study: You are a master's student at the Aarhus School of Architecture in Denmark.
- Study phase: You are graduating this semester with your master's degree.
- Field of study: Architecture.
- Nationality: All nationalities welcome.
- Your project: Your graduation project challenges the usual limits of architecture. CEBRA looks for curious, investigative work that points to the future rather than the past.
How to apply
There is no application. CEBRA picks the winner from the semester's graduating students based on the quality of the graduation project. The award is presented at the graduation ceremony, which happens twice a year, around January and June.
If you are looking for funding beyond this book prize, our guide Scholarships in Denmark covers a wide range of options across Denmark.
