Jytte og K.K. Steinckes Legat - Jytte and K. K. Steincke's Scholarship (Foundation)

Benefit

You will receive a one-off grant of approximately 5,000 DKK (around 670 EUR) for a short, targeted further education programme in Denmark. This may take the form of a specialist course, an academic module or a short study visit. The grant generally covers course fees, learning materials and study-related travel expenses. General living costs are only taken into account if they are directly related to a clearly defined study objective. The scholarship is administered by an independent Danish foundation named after the Social Democratic politician K.K. Steincke (1880-1963) and his wife Jytte.

Eligibility

• Who can apply: You are a student or recent graduate planning further or continuing education.
• Subject: All subjects are permitted.
• Where you study: The activity takes place in Denmark, at any institution.
• Money: You can’t afford to pay for the training out of your own pocket.
• Link to the movement: You can demonstrate a connection to the Danish Social Democratic labour movement, for example through party membership, an elected position or active involvement in a local branch.

How to apply

Applications must be submitted via the Foundation’s official application channel. Please submit a single PDF file containing a brief project description, a budget tailored to your study objectives, and evidence of your connection to the movement. The application deadline is 31 December.
