Landbrugets Studiefond travel grant

You will receive a travel grant grant to fund a study or research placement at a university or research institution in Denmark or abroad. The amount of the grant is not specified. The placement is usually related to your dissertation. The Faculty of Science (SCIENCE) at the University of Copenhagen administers the fund. This faculty has taken over the former Royal Danish Veterinary and Agricultural University. The grant helps students of agricultural and life sciences to carry out their final research projects outside their home campus.

Who can apply

• Level: You are a Master’s student.
• University: You are studying at the Faculty of Science (SCIENCE) or the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences (SUND) at the University of Copenhagen.
• Field of study: You study agricultural science, animal science, environmental science, food science, nutrition or agricultural economics.
• Purpose: You are planning a study or research placement in Denmark or abroad, which will ideally be linked to your final dissertation.
• Nationality: All nationalities can apply.
• Grades: You have an excellent academic record. This is the most important selection criterion.

How to apply

Applications should be submitted to the SCIENCE Scholarship Office at the University of Copenhagen. There are two application rounds per year, with deadlines on 15 May and 15 November.
