About this scholarship

Traineeship in European affairs at the Castilla y León office in Brussels

You will receive 2,400 EUR gross per month for an internship at the Permanent Representation of Castile and León to the European Union in Brussels (Belgium). Income tax and social security contributions will be deducted from this amount. The internship lasts for up to 24 months without interruption. The initial period runs until 31 December of the year in which you start. You may then apply for an extension, provided that the total duration does not exceed 24 months. You will work alongside the delegation’s staff and gain first-hand experience of how the region is involved in EU affairs. You are responsible for covering your own travel and living expenses in Brussels. The programme is run by the Regional Government of Castile and León in Spain (Junta de Castilla y León).
