About this scholarship
What you get
As part of the Global BBA (Bachelor in Management) programme at SKEMA Business School, you will receive a performance-based discount on your tuition fees. This is a four-year, full-time management programme taught entirely in English. The amount will be deducted from your remaining tuition fees or refunded to you if you have already paid them. SKEMA does not specify a fixed amount for the current academic cycle, so the exact amount of the discount may vary. Tuition fees at the French campuses amount to 14,000 EUR per year, and the scholarship covers part of these costs. You may only receive it once during your studies. It cannot be combined with other SKEMA scholarships or discounts.
Who can apply
- Programme: You are enrolled on SKEMA’s Global BBA programme or are applying to join it.
- Nationality: Any nationality can apply.
- If you are a new applicant (any one route): You have achieved the grade ‘Très bien’ (with highest honours) in the French Baccalauréat; OR you are the top applicant in your intake year; OR you are officially recognised as a top-level athlete (Sportif de Haut Niveau).
- If you are already a SKEMA student: You have studied at a French higher education institution for at least two consecutive semesters, earned at least 60 ECTS credits in your last two semesters, achieved a grade point average of at least 3.30/4.0, did not receive a scholarship in the previous semester, and have demonstrated a good attendance record and exemplary conduct.
- Fees: You pay your tuition fees directly to SKEMA and remain enrolled until you graduate.
How to apply
New applicants are assessed for admission on the basis of their Baccalauréat results or their admission ranking. Students already enrolled who meet the requirements regarding grade point average and credit points are automatically selected. SKEMA will then send them an application form to their SKEMA email address.
How realistic are your chances?
This funding is highly selective. You must be enrolled on a specific business studies degree programme and meet one of the following stringent criteria: top marks in your Abitur, the highest admission ranking, official athlete status, or a 3.30 grade point average with 60 ECTS credits. If you clearly meet one of these criteria, your chances are good, as each of these routes weeds out the majority of applicants. SKEMA regards its own funding as a limited safety net rather than a primary source of funding; you should therefore plan to cover the full cost of your tuition fees yourself in any case.
