About this scholarship
What you get
KEDGE Business School in France offers various scholarship programmes. These either reduce your tuition fees or supplement your budget whilst you study at the campuses in Marseille, Bordeaux (Talence), Toulon or Paris. There is no standard fixed amount. The university does not publish the amounts of most scholarships, and each scholarship is calculated on a case-by-case basis based on your application. The main scholarship programmes are:
- A social scholarship based on financial need (‘Bourse KEDGE’).
- A scholarship for academic excellence.
- A solidarity scholarship for international students who need financial support.
- Diversity, partner and alumni scholarships.
There is also an early-bird discount on tuition fees: the earlier you enrol, the bigger the discount – up to 10%.
Who can apply
- School: You are enrolled as a full-time student at KEDGE at one of its campuses in Marseille, Talence/Bordeaux, Toulon or Paris. Exchange students from partner universities are not eligible to apply.
- Field of study: You are studying a degree programme in economics or management at KEDGE.
- Nationality: Open to students of all nationalities. Some degree programmes (Excellence, Solidarity, Diversity, Partner) are reserved exclusively for non-French students enrolled on the International BBA, a specialised MSc programme or the Grande École Master’s in Management.
- Financial need: Required for social and solidarity grants. In your application documents, you should outline your family’s financial situation.
- Grades: Eligibility criteria for the Excellence Scholarship. Applicants must be among the top 10% in their year group or have a grade point average of approximately 75% or higher, as well as demonstrate extracurricular involvement.
- Enrolment status: To be eligible for the social scholarship, you must have paid your tuition fees. You must not be undertaking vocational training, a gap year or have deferred your graduation.
How to apply
International applicants should apply online via join.kedge.edu. For the social scholarship, you will receive an email invitation from KEDGE upon enrolment. You must then complete an online form, attaching the required documents, by 7 November.
How realistic are your chances?
These scholarships are only available if you are already studying at KEDGE or have been admitted there; therefore, only KEDGE students may apply, not the general public. Your chances of success depend on the specific type of scholarship. Means-tested scholarships are awarded on the basis of a clear, well-documented financial hardship. The Excellence Scholarship is competitive and requires outstanding academic results. Enrolling early is also advantageous, as the earlier you decide, the higher the tuition fee waiver will be.
