About this grant / loan
Benefit
You can get up to 3,000 EUR to carry out your own project in the Isère department in south-east France. The grant covers at most 80% of your project's total cost. You raise the remaining 20% yourself and from other backers. At least 5% must come from your own pocket, unless your project is a solidarity action for the common good. You are also expected to look for other public or private co-funding. The grant is run jointly by the Isère Department (the local county council) and the Isère Family Allowance Fund (CAF), the public body that pays family benefits.
Eligibility
- Age: You are between 11 and 25 years old.
- Where you live: You live in Isère.
- Your project: You have a project, alone or as a group, that benefits Isère or makes the area better known. Culture, sport, solidarity, local community life, environmental protection, health or an educational trip all qualify. A few topics are excluded by the rules.
- School or studies: You can apply whether or not you are a student. What counts is your project.
- Support: You can run the project on your own or with help from a youth service, sports club, residents' association or similar group.
- One shot: Each young person or group can submit one project, and each project can be funded once.
How to apply
Submit your project online on the coupdepoucejeunesisere.fr platform between 12 January and 27 March 2026, 12:00 noon. You then present your project and your motivation in person to a local jury on 29 April, 30 April or 6 May 2026. You get the answer in July 2026.
