Nic. P. Krebs and Wife's Memorial Scholarship

You receive up to 5,000 DKK (about 670 EUR) as a one-off payment towards your education or towards starting your own business. The money comes from a Danish charitable foundation (a non-profit that hands out money each year) based in Gudumholm, a village near Aalborg in northern Denmark. The foundation gives out around 20,000 DKK (about 2,700 EUR) in total per year.

Who can apply

• Where you are from: You come from Gudumholm. This is the main requirement. A connection to the wider Aalborg area is a plus but not required.
• What the money is for: You use it to pay for an education or to set up your own business.
• Field of study: Any subject or training.
• Nationality: Any nationality can apply.
• Financial need: Not required, but applicants who struggle to make ends meet are preferred.

How to apply

You request an application form from the foundation's office at Gudumholm Skole. The foundation does not publish how to submit it.
