General Description
Masters Intern Bursaries are offered at University College Birmingham to students who demonstrate academic excellence prior to being enrolled in a full-time master’s degree. The bursary covers the value of the student’s tuition. Successful students must complete a 350-hour work requirement during the study year.
Requirements
To be eligible for the bursary applicants must be a UK or EU national who has completed their degree at UCB in the previous year. They must have attained a 2:1 or 1st Class degree, and cannot apply from MBA or PGCE courses. The work load is light and is not structured to interfere with the student’s academic activities. Feedback is encouraged from the student. Successful applicants are expected to work one day per week according to the programme established by the Personnel Unit at the university.
