St Patrick's College, Maynooth - College Postgraduate Scholarships

What you get

You will receive 3,000 EUR per year for 12 months. You can renew it every year for as long as you are studying. The payment is made in three instalments: at the end of June, at the start of the academic year and at the start of the second semester. One scholarship is awarded each year at the Pontifical University of St Patrick in Maynooth, Ireland (formerly St Patrick’s College, Maynooth). You will receive it either as a scholarship for outstanding academic achievement or as a grant based on financial need.

Who can apply

• Degree level: You are studying on a Master’s programme.
• Field of study: You are studying Theology or Philosophy.
• University: You are studying at St Patrick’s Pontifical University in Maynooth.
• Study status: You are already registered as a postgraduate student, or you are about to start.
• Nationality: Any nationality can apply.
• Other funding: You will be given priority if you are not currently receiving any other scholarship or financial support for your studies.

How to apply

You apply only after being invited. If you are a current postgraduate student, you receive an email with an application link by 30 June. Incoming students are contacted before the second semester starts. The deadline is around 20 October.
