University of Limerick - Women in Engineering Bursary Awards

Women in Engineering Bursary Awards

As a woman commencing an engineering degree at the University of Limerick in Ireland, you will receive a one-off payment of 500 EUR for one year. The university awards up to 8 of these scholarships each year. They are awarded to first-year female students who have achieved the highest ‘Leaving Certificate’ marks (CAO) in their respective engineering degree programmes; the awards are therefore based on your examination results rather than financial need.

Who can apply

• Who: You are a woman who is just starting her degree.
• Study phase: You are a first-year student starting your degree programme.
• University: You’re studying at the University of Limerick.
