About this scholarship

ADISURC Campania scholarship

You will receive at least 2,890 EUR per year to 7,171 EUR, paid once per academic year. The exact amount depends on two factors: your family income (measured using the Italian ISEE indicator) and the distance between your place of residence and your university. You will receive the highest amount if you rent accommodation that is at least 30 km from your place of residence; a medium amount if you commute; and the lowest amount if you live in the same town as your university. You may also be eligible for additional allowances: +40% for a recognised disability, +20% for women studying STEM subjects, and +15% if your ISEE is 12,750 EUR or below. In addition to the cash benefits, your tuition fees will be reimbursed and you will receive subsidised or free meals in the canteen. The funding comes from A.Di.S.U.R.C., the public student welfare organisation for the Campania region in Italy.

Who can apply

  • University: You are studying at a state university or a college of music or fine arts (AFAM) in the Campania region, for example at the University of Naples ‘Federico II’, the University of Salerno or the ‘San Pietro a Majella’ Conservatoire.
  • Degree level: You are enrolled on a bachelor’s, single-cycle or master’s degree programme, a compulsory professional specialisation, a PhD programme, or a first- or second-cycle academic diploma programme.
  • Field of study: Any subject is eligible.
  • Nationality: Applicants of any nationality are welcome to apply. If your family lives abroad, you can obtain a ‘Parificato ISEE’ document from a participating CAF office (tax advice centre).
  • Age: No age limit.
  • Family income: Your household’s ISEE must not exceed 25,500 EUR, and your ISPE (an indicator of wealth) must not exceed 54,000 EUR.
  • Study credits: First-year students do not need to have earned any credits to apply. In subsequent years of study, a certain number of credits (CFU) is required; for example, 25 by the second year of a three-year degree programme.
  • No degree at the same level: You cannot apply if you already hold a qualification at the same level as the degree programme you are currently studying.

How to apply

Applications must be submitted via the ADISURC online portal by 12:00 midday on 10 September 2026. Italian nationals of legal age must log in using a digital identity (SPID or CIE). Minors and international students should use the login details from their previous registration. Once you have submitted the form, you will automatically be included in the ranking list. There will be no interview, and your place will be determined on the basis of your income and credit points.

How realistic are your chances?

This is a means-tested regional grant scheme. If you are studying in Campania and your family income falls below the ISEE and ISPE thresholds, you meet the key eligibility criteria. Selection is based on set income and credit point criteria, not on essays or a competitive process. First-year applicants do not need to meet any academic thresholds; therefore, your main task is to remain within the income limits and maintain your academic performance in order to retain the grant. As eligibility is based on clear figures, a suitable applicant who submits their application by the deadline and can provide a tenancy agreement when claiming non-resident status has a good chance of success.
