About this scholarship
Giulia Bozzi Porta scholarship
You will receive a one-off payment of 2,500 EUR to fund your first year of study on the Master’s programme in Business Administration at Carlo Cattaneo University (LIUC) in Castellanza, near Milan. This is a one-off payment, not a monthly scholarship. Only one scholarship is awarded per year. The funds come from the heirs of Giulia Bozzi Porta and are awarded in her memory. You may not combine this with any other scholarships, prizes or fee waivers in the same academic year.
Who can apply
- Degree: You are enrolled in the first year of the ‘Economia, Management e Governance’ (Economics, Management and Governance) Master’s programme at LIUC.
- Where you study: You’re studying at LIUC in Castellanza, Italy.
- Bachelor's grade: You have completed your Bachelor’s degree with a final mark of at least 99 out of 110.
- On-time studies: You have completed your Bachelor’s degree within the standard duration of study without taking any extra years (in Italian: not ‘fuori corso’).
- Residence: You live in Italy. Applicants of all nationalities are welcome.
- Income: Your family’s ISEE is less than 50,000 EUR. The ISEE is an official Italian certificate showing your family’s income and assets.
How to apply
You apply online via the LIUC self-service portal and upload your ISEE certificate. The application deadline is 21 May. Your academic achievements and income will be taken into account during the selection process. The winner will be announced in mid-June.
How realistic are your chances?
This award is granted to only a very small number of applicants. Just one scholarship is awarded each year. You must be enrolled in the first year of a specific LIUC Master’s programme, be resident in Italy, and have completed your Bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade of 99 out of 110. This top mark, combined with the income threshold, severely limits the pool of applicants. If you clearly meet all these requirements and apply by the deadline, you have a realistic chance of success.
