About this scholarship

ADISURC Campania study scholarship

You will receive an annual financial grant to cover your study costs. This is paid by ADISURC, the public body responsible for the right to higher education in the Italian region of Campania. The amount depends on your family’s income (as measured by the ISEE score) and on whether you live at home or away from your place of study. Students who do not live at home and have the lowest income are eligible for the highest amount. Commuters and students who live locally receive lower amounts. Additional allowances apply if you are studying a STEM subject (+20%) or have a recognised disability (+40%). You can also use the same application form to apply for a place in student accommodation and a grant for a period of study abroad.

Who can apply

  • Where you study: You are enrolled at one of the recognised universities, academies or music conservatories in the Campania region, for example Federico II, Salerno, L'Orientale or the Naples Fine Arts Academy.
  • Level: You are studying on a Bachelor’s, single-cycle or Master’s programme, on a compulsory professional specialisation (with the exception of medical disciplines), on a PhD programme, or on a first- or second-cycle academic programme.
  • Field of study: Open to all subjects.
  • Nationality: Applicants of all nationalities are welcome to apply. International students must provide proof of income (ISEE parificato) that has been adjusted to Italian standards.
  • Financial need: Your family’s income indicator (ISEE) is no more than 25,500 euros and your family’s asset indicator (ISPE) is no more than 54,000 euros.
  • Grades: First-year students do not need any prior credits to apply, but must have earned at least 20 CFU (credits) by 30 November in order to retain the grant. In subsequent years of study, a specific number of credit points is required; for example, 25 CFU for a second-year Bachelor’s student.

How to apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the ADISURC portal. For 2026/2027, the application deadline is 10 September 2026 at 12:00. The provisional rankings will be published by 31 October and the final rankings by 31 December.

How realistic are your chances?

This is a needs-based regional grant scheme, not a competition for a handful of prestigious prizes. If your ISEE score falls within the threshold and you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be included in the ranking and receive a grant. Eligibility is therefore more important than competition. The most important limit is the budget; so please ensure that your income and eligibility points are correctly documented, and apply before the deadline in September to secure your place on the ranking list.
