General Description
A certain number of Doctoral Training Grants DPhil scholarships are offered to students at the University of Oxford by the Engineering and Physical Science Research Council. The value of the scholarship goes from £13,863 up to £15,000. The Department automatically considers all eligible applicants who have been previously offered places at the university. Although it is recommended that you bring to University's attention that you want to receive the scholarship.
Requirements
Both UK and EU students are eligible for the scholarship. EU students must be resident in the UK for at least 3 years before the application date to get the full scholarship. UK students are eligible for full awards including fees and maintenance. In the case they do not meet the 3 year residency rule EU students are eligible for the fee waiver element of the scholarship. A good record of academic achievement is required.
