General Description
HESPAL is a scholarship programme managed by the British Council. It aims to upgrade junior Palestinian universities staff and strengthen links between the two countries. There are 21 Masters’ scholarships and 3 PhD scholarships available. Benefits include covering tuition fees (up to £12,000) and monthly grants for living expenses and travel allowances.
Requirements
The programme is designed for young (below 40) Palestinian universities employees. Applicants must also have a satisfactory proficiency in English.
