General Description

The University of Edinburgh Bursary helps people of all ages or backgrounds get a higher education. They are worth from £500 up to £7,000. The amount awarded depends on the household income of the applicant. This is assessed by the Student Loan Company. The scholarship is spread over all years of study and can be used for tuition fees or general living costs.

Requirements

This scholarship is available to all students from England, Wales and Northern Ireland. In order to be taken into consideration, the applicant's household income should be less than £16,000 a year. In addition the applicant must belong to the domiciled, undergraduate group of students and pay annual tuition fees of £9,000.
