Voralberg region - Voralberg scholarship

General Description

The Voralberg region awards support scholarships for students at a university (Hochschule) or university of applied sciences (Fachhochschule) who have successfully completed at least one year of their undergraduate degree (Grundstudium), or for graduates of such institutions. Recipients of grants receive up to to 300 Euros monthly for a minimum of one month and a maximum of four. Grants are not eligible for renewal.

Requirements

Candidates must be Austrian citizens, EU citizens or citizens of a country in the EEA. Their principal residence must have been in Voralberg for the three years or more directly prior to the application. They must have spent a period of study or research abroad at a foreign university, a university of applied sciences or an otherwise publicly acknowledged centre of research. If their entire course of studies has been conducted abroad, they have must have spent a portion of that time in a third country.
