Portolano Cavallo Studio Legale (Law Firm) awards a prize for one Law Postgraduate student presenting a Thesis on Commerce related topics. The prize is worth 1,000 €.

Requirements

Eligible students must have graduated in Law. They must be enrolled in an Italian University. Students must have published a Thesis on one of the following Commerce related topics: Corporate Governance, Shareholders Agreements, Shares Categories, Joint Ventures, Extraordinary Operations (i.e. Mergers, Demergers, Capital Increase), Private Equities. The student's academic performance will also contribute to the final decision. The prize will be awarded to the student presenting the best Thesis.
