General Description
At the University of Messina, students with disabilities that are classified as 66% or higher do no have to pay university fees. Instead, they must only pay 168.59 euros for the regional tax, stamp duty, insurance and similar fees. Students with disabilities classified as being between 31% and 65% will be partially exempt from university fees.
Requirements
In order to qualify for full or partial exemption from university fees, students must demonstrate their disabilities with the proper documentation.
