General Description

The University of South Wales and Florence Nightingale Travel offers opportunities to nurses and midwives who are interested in improving the quality of their study and work. The award helps these students to travel abroad. It is worth up to £5,000.

Requirements

In order to be eligible to receive the scholarship nurses and midwife students must be registered at the Nursing and Midwifery Council. They also need to work and be resident in the United Kingdom. These scholarships are available for projects connected to four areas of medicine: long term condition care; end of life care; projects which enhance patient and user experience, dignity and wellbeing; and projects which enhance clinical leadership.
