The Disable Students' Allowance is offered by the Scottish Government to help disabled University of Edinburgh students who need additional financial support during their studies. This grant is offered to students with a disability or a Specific Learning Difficulty. It covers things like one-to-one help with a tutor, support worker, or the purchase of computer hardware or software.
In order to be eligible to receive this allowance, students must be UK residents. They also need to provide the Students Disability Service with evidence of their disability or Specific Learning Difficulty.
