General Description
The Philip Bagby bequest pays for this scholarship. This scholarship is aimed at doctoral research on “the comparative study of the development of urban, literate cultures in accordance with anthropological principles and methods”. The scholarship has a value of around 10,000 pound sterling per year. Students may choose to apply for either one or two years of scholarship, after which they may re-apply for a third year.
Requirements
This studentship is strictly restricted to doctoral research into the mentioned subject. In addition, students may not already be receiving our funds. Also, the student must be enrolled into one of the eligible courses.
