This funded studentship is open to Chinese students with a first degree in archaeology, anthropology, or history and a Master's degree in a similar field. The scholarship covers university and college fees for a duration of three years. In addition, support for housing and maintenance will be offered for four years. In the fourth year an lower extension payment will also be made to replace the university and college fees.
Students need to be from Mainland China, and must be willing to pursue a PhD in the area of early Chinese Archaeology.
