The University of Leeds offers the Eichholz Scholarship to new students pursuing an honours degree in the School of Physics and Astronomy. These scholarships are worth £1,000 per year for three standard years of a full-time undergraduate degree, paid as cash in instalments throughout the academic year.
This scholarship is open to prospective first year students without any prior experience of higher education, starting degree programmes taught at the School of Physics and Astronomy of the University of Leeds. Applicants must come from a household with an income of less than £42620; they are also required to have achieved a minimum of one A and two B grades in at least three separate A2 subjects (excluding General Studies, Critical Thinking and Citizenship Studies) or equivalent in comparable alternative qualifications. Candidates must be permanent residents of the UK.
