The University of Brighton offers the Professions Bursary to support students coming from low-income backgrounds who wish to qualify as teachers, architects or pharmacists. The bursary, available either as cash or as discounts for university services, is valued at £1,000.
This bursary is open to full-time undergraduate students enrolled at the University of Brighton who are the final year of 4 or 5 year courses leading to qualified teacher status (QTS), or qualification as an architect or pharmacist. Applicants must come from a household with an income of £25,000 or less.
