Jan Evangelista Purkyne University in Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic wishes to reward its highest-achieving master's students with a Distinction scholarship. These scholarships are awarded to master's university students who achieve the highest possible grade-point averages in a given year. The amount of the award is variable, depending on the number of students qualifying for the stipend.

Current first-year master's students at the Jan Evangelista Purkyne University are eligible to receive the Distinction Scholarship. Only students who successfully completed a bachelor's program and who have already garnered at least 60 credits may apply for the scholarship.
