University of Vigo - Academic Excellence Scholarships

General Description

The University of Vigo Academic Excellence Scholarships are open to students enrolled for the first time at the University. 45 scholarships are awarded annually in 4 different categories, all based on academic excellence. 20 students who receive the Bachelor awards from Galicia will be granted the scholarship. Additionally, 5 candidates with the top 3 places at the Scientific Olympiad will also receive a scholarship. The remainder are awarded to students with a grade point average of 8.5 or higher.

Requirements

Candidates who are not already prize winners of the related prizes should have grade point averages abive 8.5 or in some cases 9.0 to be eligible.
