About this scholarship
General Description
The Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) has Grants for New Doctoral Students. 170 grants are awarded for graduate programs. These grants are intended to support students starting university studies in the Masters Program or Doctoral Training at UAM, to fund the development of a doctoral thesis. Half of the awards given are allocated to students who have completed their previous studies at UAM. The maximum duration of the grant is 12 months. The grant consists of a monthly stipend of €400.Requirements
Candidates must have completed their undergraduate studies and have passed 240 credits. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree, Engineer or Architect. Candidates should be pre-admitted to a Master course or a PhD programme at the UAM.Similar scholarships
