The Penafiel Municipality opens a Higher Education Scholarship.

Requirements

To be granted this scholarship, candidates must meet the following requirements cumulatively: They must have been living in the municipality of Penafiel for at least 5 years. They must be enrolled in a higher education course or attending one at the moment of their scholarship application. They cannot have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or any other college degree diploma. Eligible candidates cannot hold any other scholarship, grant or equivalent subsidy. Their household’s monthly income per capita cannot exceed the IAS (Social Support Indexation) at the moment of their application to this studentship programme.
