About this scholarship

General Description

General Description: The German Literature Archive in Marbach, the Weimar Classic Foundation, the Herzog August Library in Wolfenbüttel and the Gerda Henkel Foundation offer the "Gerda Henkel scholarships for the History of Ideas". The purpose of these scholarships is to support doctoral students who want to carry out a project related to the field of the History of Ideas based on materials belonging to the archives of the three grant-awarding research institutions. These grants amount to 900 euro per month for a maximum of three months.

Requirements

These grants are open to any doctoral student working on a research project related to the field of History.
