Kingston University - Study Abroad, Summer School and exchange student bursary

Benefit

At Kingston University in London, you will receive a 10% discount on your tuition fees for every year of your degree. If you have already paid your tuition fees in full, you will receive the discount as a refund. Otherwise, this amount will be deducted from your final payment. Kingston University awards this scholarship to international students who have previously taken part in a short course there and are now returning to undertake a full degree programme.

Eligibility

• Where you study: You are enrolled as a full-time student on a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme at Kingston University.
• Fee status: You are an international student paying international student fees.
• Previous programme: You have already taken part in a study abroad programme, an international summer school or an exchange programme at Kingston University. Preparatory courses, such as pre-term English courses or short language courses, do not count towards this.
• Nationality: Any nationality can apply.
• Field of study: Anyone can apply.

How to apply

This scholarship is not awarded automatically. Once you have fully enrolled at Kingston University, please download the application form from the student intranet, ‘My Kingston’. Send it, together with your academic transcript or certificate from your previous course at Kingston University, to the International Office.

How realistic are your chances?

This scholarship is aimed at a small target group: returning international students who have previously taken part in a Kingston study abroad, summer school or exchange programme. Very few people are eligible. If you meet these criteria and can provide your previous academic transcript, your chances are good, as the selection process focuses more on your suitability rather than subjecting you to a large-scale selection process.
