The Worshipful Company of Dyers' Bursary

You will receive a scholarship of 105 for your Bachelor’s degree at City St George's, University of London (formerly City, University of London). A scholarship is a form of financial support that you will never have to repay. The funding can last for up to 36 months, covering the duration of a standard Bachelor’s degree programme. It is funded by the Worshipful Company of Dyers, one of the City of London’s historic guilds (traditional trade associations), which has a long history of supporting students, schools and charitable organisations.

Who can apply

• Level: You are currently studying to obtain your first academic degree (Bachelor’s).
• University: You’re studying at City, St George’s, University of London.
• Where you study: You’re studying in the UK and aren’t doing an internship abroad.
• Field of study: Any subject.
• Nationality: Any nationality can apply.

How to apply

Please apply via the university’s Grants and Scholarships Office. The application deadline is 3 November.

How realistic are your chances?

As only students from this particular university are eligible to apply, the pool of applicants is small. If you are enrolled at City St George’s and apply by the November deadline, you stand a good chance. The amount is modest, so it is more suitable as supplementary funding than as a main source of funding.
