General Description
The Land Salzburg and the market town Rauriser jointly award the Rauriser Development Prize in the amount of € 4,000 for an unpublished prose text on the subject of "mother tongue." Authors with a Salzburg connection (place of birth or residence, place of study, place of employment, etc.) may apply. Relevant proof must be provided. As a development prize, it is intended for authors that are at the beginning of their literary career.
Requirements
For consideration the text must be 15 to 20 pages long. The text must remain anonymous for jury judging, so the author's name may not appear on it. Previous winners of the Rauriser Development Prize may not apply.
