General Description
The Department of Environmental Protection of the City of Vienna offers a scientific award to the best academic paper whose subject matter deals with Viennese environmental issues. Winners will be granted a monetary prize of up to 700 euro.
Requirements
This award will be presented to the author of an academic work in the field of environmental science whose findings are of interest and significance from the perspective of environmental protection in Vienna or the surrounding province. The paper should be focused on one of the following fields of study: food waste avoidance, sustainable products and services, biodiversity and water. The submitted work must be accompanied by the following documents: curriculum vitae, proof of relevant academic qualifications (e.g. list of publications), and a certificate of approval in the case of doctoral dissertations.
