Bridoux Fund

You get financial help from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) if you study for a bachelor's degree there and your family has a low income. ULB's Student Social Service pays the fund out individually, topping up support for students who cannot cover the cost of their studies. The exact amount and how long it runs are not published. It is reserved for students in three fields.

Who can apply

• Degree level: You are enrolled in a bachelor's degree at ULB.
• Field of study: You study at the Faculty of Law and Criminology, the Institute for European Studies, or the Faculty of Science.
• Where you study: You study at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium.
• Financial need: Your household income is below the thresholds ULB uses for its social aid.
• Nationality: Belgian, EU and non-EU students can all apply if they meet the social service's criteria.

How to apply

Apply online through the MonULB student portal, under the financial aid request to the Student Social Service (Service social étudiants). You can apply between 24 August 2026 and 16 April 2027.
