About this scholarship
Benefit
You will receive funding to cover the costs of your education in Denmark. The exact amount is not made public and is determined on a case-by-case basis. The scholarship is provided by a Danish foundation established in 1953 by the merchant couple Friedrich Wilhelm and Angelina Frank. They settled in Denmark during the First World War and wanted to give something back to the society that had taken them in. The foundation supports three areas: people in genuine need, education and research.

How to apply
Applications must be submitted via the Foundation’s online portal. The portal opens every year on 1 August, and the deadline for applications is 30 August. Applications sent by email will not be accepted.
