The scholarship was established in memory of Johanne Kirstine Sørensen, a cookery and home economics teacher. It is administered by Ankerhus Seminarium, which is part of University College Sjælland in Denmark.

Eligibility

  • Your qualification: You are a trained nutritional and household economist, or you hold a professional bachelor's degree in nutrition and health.
