Professor Kirsten Christensen's Scholarship

You will receive a one-off grant of approximately 670 EUR towards your education or further training, for example for vocational training or a university degree. The exact amount varies, as the funding comes from two funds administered by the municipality of Gentofte in Denmark. The fund also provides two grants for talented young women who wish to continue their studies. You can use the money for a stay abroad of up to one year, provided this forms part of your education. You may reapply, even if you have already received this grant.

Who can apply

• Age: You are between 15 and 25 years old.
• Where you live: You have been living in the municipality of Gentofte for five years and are still registered there at the time of applying.
• Nationality: You are a Danish citizen.
• Field of study: Every field of study and every type of education or further training counts.
• Your plan: In the application, you explain what you will use the money for.

How to apply

Please complete the application form and send it by digital post or by post, or hand it in at the Citizens’ Service Centre. Please enclose copies of your examination certificates and proof of income (2025). If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must also sign the form. The deadline is 2 November.
