V.M. Christensen and Gerda Christensen Foundation grant

You will receive a travel grant to spend between half a year and a full year abroad. You can either gain a further business qualification or undertake a work placement in a company. The stay lasts for 1 or 2 semesters. The amount of the grant is not specified. The funding comes from a foundation established by the wholesaler Verner Max Christensen, and the grant is administered by Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College.

Who can apply

• Your school: You have completed a commercial vocational training programme at Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College, or are about to complete it.
• What you do abroad: You are planning to undertake a further business-related training course or a work placement lasting between half a year and a full year.
• Grades: You reached a satisfactory grade level during your education.
• Engagement: You showed particular commitment during your studies.
• Field of study: Open to all commercial fields.
• Nationality: All nationalities can apply.

How to apply

Applications must be submitted via the online form on the Foundation’s website. For a trip next autumn, please apply between 1 January and the end of February. For a trip next spring, please apply between 1 August and 30 September.
