The Society of Danish Agriculture Advisors's Anniversary Foundation grant

You get a travel grant to cover a study trip, a course or a conference abroad with an agricultural focus. The amount varies. In the last round in May 2026, a total of 26,500 DKK (about 3,550 EUR) was split between five trips, so around 340 EUR each. The money comes from the Konsulentforeningen (Foreningen af danske Landbrugskonsulenter), an umbrella body of Danish agricultural advisor associations. It pays out from its Anniversary Foundation (Jubilæumsfonden) and the Astrid og H.K. Olsens Fund. Past trips went to England, Ireland, Germany, Belgium and Australia for farming fairs and conferences.

Who can apply

• Membership: You must be a member of one of the associations under the Konsulentforeningen: the economics advisors, crop advisors, pig advisors (FaDs), youth advisors or building advisors association.
• What the trip is for: Your travel, course or conference must have agricultural content, for example a study tour or a professional conference.
• Where you go: The trip must be outside Denmark.
• How often: You can get a grant only once every two years.
• Nationality: Any nationality can apply, as long as you are a member.

How to apply

You apply to the grant board (Legatbestyrelsen) by one of the two yearly deadlines: 1 April or 1 October. The board meets shortly after each deadline and reviews all applications. There is no interview.
