About this grant / loan
Klithuset is not a scholarship. It is a holiday and conference house run by the Danish foundation Lauritzen Fonden, and this entry exists only to make that clear. There is no funding and nothing for a student to apply for under this name.
Klithuset is a beach house on the shore of the Øresund near Dronningmølle in Denmark, built in a rustic Swedish style. It has 14 double bedrooms plus annex buildings, a conference room, a kitchen and a library, and can host up to 60 guests. Only three groups can rent it: staff of the Lauritzen Group for private celebrations, Lauritzen Group companies for conferences, and organisations that Lauritzen Fonden already supports. It is not open to the public or to individual students.
If you want financial support, the Lauritzen Fonden scholarships are separate programmes for employees, their children and former employees. You find them on other pages of the foundation's site.
