Tanner Master C. W. Gericke's Scholarship

You receive a one-off grant of around 800 EUR to help you finish your studies in Denmark. The foundation sets the exact amount case by case. The money covers costs during your degree in Denmark. The scholarship comes from the Garvermester C. W. Gerickes Legat, a Danish foundation set up from the estate of tanner master C. W. Gericke to support young, talented students who are short of money.

Who can apply

• Who it is for: You are a student, or a trainee at a state or state-recognised teacher-training college in Denmark, working towards a qualification.
• Financial need: You cannot fully pay for your studies on your own.
• Grades: You have strong academic results.
• Field of study: All subjects can apply.
• Nationality: All nationalities can apply.
• Where you study: You study in Denmark. You cannot use the grant for a stay abroad.
• Priority: If you are a relative of the founder, are in need and meet these conditions, you get preference.

How to apply

Ask the foundation for an application form and return it. The yearly deadline is 30 November.
