What you get

You will receive a one-off grant to help you with your training in the field of agriculture. The exact amount is not disclosed. The funds come from the Carl Friedrich Hænisch and his wife Memorial Scholarship (Danish: Carl F. Hænisch og Hustrus Mindelegat). Gråsten Landbrugsskole, an agricultural college in southern Denmark, processes the applications.

Who can apply

• Field of study: You are currently undertaking an agricultural training programme (arable farming, horticulture or animal care) or are planning to start one.
• Where you're from: You have links to the South Jutland region in Denmark and see yourself as a South Jutlander with Danish sympathies.
• Study track: All students of agricultural sciences are eligible to apply. Priority will be given to students on the ‘Production Manager’ (produktionsleder) or ‘Agricultural Economist’ (agrarøkonom) degree programmes.

How to apply

Send a short motivation letter that explains your background, your planned studies and why you are applying. Add official proof that you are enrolled at the college. Email everything by 1 April.
