Ramon Llull University-ESDi - Family Scholarships

Benefit

You will receive a 20% discount off the total price for your design degree programme at ESDi, the Escola Superior de Disseny in Barcelona, Spain. This design college is affiliated with Ramon Llull University. The scholarship is awarded by the university’s foundation (FUNDIT) and helps students from low-income families to afford a design degree programme. If you are studying for a Bachelor’s degree or a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS), you will, in return, contribute a few hours to university activities. This time commitment does not apply to Master’s programmes or specialisation diplomas.

Eligibility

• What you study: A design degree programme at ESDi: a Bachelor’s degree programme, a vocational training programme (CFGS) or a Master’s degree or specialisation diploma.
• Financial need: Your family has only a limited amount of income to pay the course fees.
• Grades: Your results from previous studies will be taken into account in the decision.
• Nationality: Any nationality can apply.

You can apply directly to ESDi via the school’s scholarship page by completing the information form provided there or by contacting the school office. Selection is based on your family’s financial situation and your previous academic results.

How realistic are your chances?

This discount is only available at one design college, so you will be competing with other students who have already chosen ESDi. If your family income is genuinely low and you can provide proof of this, and if your previous grades are good, you will meet the two criteria on which the college bases its decision.
