Benefit
Each year of their undergraduate law degree, Dickson Poon scholars at King's College London received approximately EUR 950 (£5,000) per year for up to four years - covering the full degree. First-year scholars also received free accommodation in a King's hall of residence for their first year. Up to 30 scholarships were awarded per intake. The awards were funded through a £20 million donation to the Dickson Poon School of Law by Sir Dickson Poon.
Eligibility
- University: You needed a confirmed or deferred place on an undergraduate law programme at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London.
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities - UK, EU and international students alike.
- Grades: Selection was based entirely on outstanding academic achievement; no financial need assessment was involved.
