In order to apply for this scholarship, applicants have to be born or spent the majority of their life in the State of Salzburg. Candidates who have grew up in institutions such as: Childrens's villages, Pro Juvente House, SOS Children's Villages or any similar institutions are welcome to apply for this scholarship. It is also for students who are not receiving any financial support for their studies from colleges, universities or any other educational institution.
