University of Évora (Évora/Portugal) - UEVORA Merit Award

General Description

The University of Evora provides support to high profile students that are rewarded financially for their performance throughout the previous year of study. These merit scholarships are awarded by the Directorate General of Higher Education. Each merit scholarship has a value equal to five times the minimum national wage and all of them are funded by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education.

Requirements

Students that consider themselves eligible for the merit scholarships awarded by the University of Evora can submit their application online. High academic performance is required for the scholarship and this is the most important criterion when deciding the earners of this financial support. The average of the grades received in the previous academic year is taken into account when calculating the level of performance.
