About this scholarship
General Description
The application for a special scholarship for the disabled student joins a finding of disability. Instead of ruling on the degree of disability is allowed to attach to the application a statement of the total or partial inability to work or inability to live independently. Special scholarship can be varied depending on the degree of disability predicate.
Requirements
Special grants for people with disabilities may receive a student with a disability confirmed by the judgment of the competent authority upon application. The application for a special scholarship for the disabled student joins a finding of disability. Instead of ruling on the degree of disability is allowed to attach to the application a statement of the total or partial inability to work or inability to live independently.
In cases where the period for which the disability sentence expires before the end of the period for which the scholarship has been awarded, the scholarship payment after this period shall be suspended until delivery of a new ruling by the student.
If, during the period for which the scholarship was granted, there was a change predicate to a higher degree of disability, the remaining installments are to be paid scholarship the student may be increased.
